It’s my favourite day of the year. No, it’s not my birthday. And no, the weather’s not unseasonably warm for 25 December. It’s actually Piña Colada Day. Although I’ve never shied away from a Pornstar Martini or a Mojito, it’s always the Piña Colada that comes out on top. It just has that way of transporting you from your back garden to a sandy Caribbean shore in a matter of sips. So, today we celebrate the rum, the coconut and the pineapple coming together in this summery concoction. Take a look at my recipe below to toast this cocktail!
