Meghan Markle's Mom, Doria Ragland, Is Headed to London

no thumb

Someone’s been preparing her passport for a few new stamps! Meghan Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport on her way to England on Monday, presumably to visit her newly royal daughter. Inside Edition captured footage of the mother of the Duchess of Sussex dressed casually for her flight, being escorted through the airport by an attendant.

It has been rumored that Ragland is considering making the move to London to be closer to her daughter for a while now. The mother-daughter duo have always been quite close, and as previously reported, the California-dwelling yoga instructor and social worker for the geriatric community made a secret trip to London over the summer to visit her daughter and new son-in-law, Prince Harry. Royal commentators were calling it an “extended stay at their Oxfordshire home,” although it could definitely be seen as a “can I live here?” test-run.

U.K. publication the Daily Mail reported that Ragland was planning to move to Britain around her 62nd birthday to be closer to Markle. Sources told the Daily Mail that the move could happen as early as September (Ragland’s birth month)—and that she is excited to cross the pond for good.

“She fell in love with England and told me when she got back that it’s somewhere she believes she too could happily live,” one of their sources said. “I think this has been coming for a while. Even before the wedding she told me how she misses her Megs so much she would do anything to be closer to her, especially now Meghan will be starting a family of her own.”

Markle’s mother has previously been called “a pillar of strength for Meghan” by royal expert Omid Scobie. Soon, that support system could be a lot closer to home for the newest member of the royal family.

Neil Patrick Harris Pens Sweet Note to Husband for Anniversary

no thumb

Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka, have officially been married for four years, and to commemorate it, NPH penned the absolute loveliest note to his husband on Instagram.

“Four years ago today,” Harris wrote in the caption of the photo of himself and Burtka holding hands at the altar. “How time flies – especially when you have someone special to share it with. After 14 years, two children, and thousands of adventures together, I’ve never been happier. Happy anniversary, David. Thank you for saying ‘I do’.”

The married couple met on the set of How I Met Your Mother and were wed in Perugia, Italy, surrounded by friends and family. The two are known for commemorating their anniversaries with cute Instagram posts. Just last year, Harris posted an adorable candid photo of Burtka and their son, Gideon, laughing together on Instagram, followed by another heart-warming caption.

Burtka responded by posting a dashing photo of Harris in summer attire leaning against a white wall. “Yesterday was mine and @nph 13th year anniversary.!!” he wrote. “Thank you Neil for being compassionate, adventurous, and an all around fantastic man. I love you more than ever.”

These two can’t seem to stop mentioning their adventures, and we can see why. The married couple were most recently out on an “adventure” together at Wigstock, “The drag festival to end all drag festivals.” Both husbands posted several photos from the event, where Harris performed as Hedwig, from Hedwig And The Angry Inch. The parents to seven-year-old fraternal twins Harper and Gideon even brought their kids to the fun event, where the adorable kiddos got to wear colorful wigs and dance around on stage.

Hailey Baldwin Responds to Criticism About Her Engagement to Justin Bieber

GettyImages-1006337950.jpg

Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber have only been engaged since July, but the couple’s upcoming nuptials have already faced the harsh criticism of, well, the entire world. But rather than crumble under the pressure, the 21-year-old bride-to-be is apparently refusing to let it bring her down.

Ever since the pop star and model announced their whirlwind engagement (while they have known each other for years, they only rekindled their romance a few months before getting engaged), mean comments have abounded scrutinizing the subject. Any piece of new information—like how the celebrity couple is planning on an intimate wedding, Baldwin’s enormous glitzy diamond engagement ring, or who will be her bridesmaids—sets off a frenzy of Internet hate mainly about the validity of their love and the reasons for their engagement. (No, Baldwin is not pregnant.)

But, it seems, Baldwin has learned to embrace her excitement despite it all. The model told Stellar magazine of Australia’s Daily Telegraph about taking the high road and ignoring critics. “I’m beyond excited,” she said per BuzzFeed. “I have learned to just try my best to ignore the negativity at this time so that I can enjoy this season of my life,” she said.

Even though the model has 14.6 million gabby Instagram followers and over a million on Twitter, she doesn’t let all of their opinions give her pause on her feelings about marrying 24-year-old Bieber. “I don’t think [the negativity] has affected me really,” she mused. Could she have learned this cool attitude from reading Bieber’s favorite marriage advice book?

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Will Be Guests of Honor at Hamilton Gala in London

Newlyweds Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are headed to the West End. The royal couple is set to take in a London performance of Broadway’s hit musical Hamilton as the guests of honor. Kensington Palace announced Monday that the royal couple will be attending the gala performance of Hamilton at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre on August 29, alongside show creator Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Though the couple previously saw the show in February, they will be attending this particular Hamilton performance as it will help raise funds for Prince Harry’s charity Sentebale — for which he recently played a charity polo match. According to its website, the charity supports the mental health and well-being of children and young people affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana. Not to mention, the royals will have the privilege of seeing the show for a second time, and who doesn’t want to see Hamilton twice?

Markle, her husband, and Miranda will meet the cast and crew onstage and are expected to address the audience, according to a statement from Kensington Palace. “At the conclusion of the show both the Duke of Sussex and Lin-Manuel Miranda, who wrote the show’s book, music, and lyrics, will address the audience,” it reads.

Anyone interested in attending the event can purchase a ticket online for $25 to $130, plus a charity donation. Kensington Palace also announced via Twitter that Harry and Meghan will also be attending the Well Child Awards — an event in support of the national charity (of which Harry is a patron) for seriously ill children and their families — on September 4, as well as charity music gala 100 Days to Peace, on September 6.

Looks like married life is insanely busy for Meghan and Harry!

Justin Bieber Explains Why He and Hailey Baldwin Cried Together

GettyImages-1012447640.jpg

Earlier this week, photos surfaced of newly engaged couple Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin crying and comforting each other while out for a bike ride in New York City. While the emotional display worried fans and ignited break-up rumors, Bieber set the record straight for the paparazzi with a surprisingly deep explanation.

The 24-year-old singer opened up to TMZ as he left 21-year-old Baldwin’s NYC apartment Wednesday night and explained why he and his bride-to-be were spotted in such an emotional state. “Justin, for the fans who saw pictures of you crying—can you just reassure them everything is OK?” a TMZ cameraman asked the “No Brainer” singer.

Bieber, who just so happened to have a copy of Timothy Keller’s The Meaning of Marriage on him, said “This,” pointing to the book. “You’ve got good days and you’ve got bad days. It’s not real if it doesn’t have any bad days.” Did Bieber just school us all on marriage?

The Canada native announced his engagement to model girlfriend Baldwin on July 9 with a sweet Instagram post where he called Baldwin the “love of my life” and promised to lead their future family with honor and integrity.
